Need to make a return? Just email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of placing your order to get the process started. In your email, let us know:
(1) Your original order number,
(2) Whether the item is used (which for pens/nibs means inked in any way) or unused, and
(3) Reason for return
We'll provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging (such as the pen case, warranty papers, cartridges and converters, etc). If you need to return a product because of our mistake (like if we accidentally sent the wrong item, or the item was damaged or defective), just let us know and we’ll take care of you!
Upon arrival, be sure to handle and inspect any new pens. Once the pen touches ink, we can still accept it - but there will be a restocking fee of 10% incurred for preferential returns. Shipping fees for returns of international orders are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated or a special circumstance occurs (wrong items, delivery mishap, etc.). Please understand that the costs for shipping internationally is far too high for Write Place to bear alone. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.
We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product or purchased in the Curtain Call section. In addition, we cannot accept pens if they have been modified in any way, or any of the following items if they’ve been used: bottled ink, ink cartridges, ink samples, sealing wax sticks, notebooks, or stationery.
We’re happy to conduct exchanges also.
Bottom line - just reach out to us and we’ll provide all of the final directions for your return/exchange! The approval of all returns are subject to the discretion of Write Place.
